Trouble Shooting For Insufficient Hydraulic Pressure Of Hydraulic Press

Sometimes, the hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic press machine is insufficient, or not big enough to meet the requirement of coming into production? Do you know why? The following points may help you analyse reasons.

(1) Mistake of operation. Such as reversed three-phase of motor, insufficient oil level of oil tank, pressure regulator's not adjusted appropriately;

(2) Power's not enough, general appeared in old machine. This may be caused by pumping depletion, or, the motor's too old to keep on working. You can simply debug this by your hand and ears. Put your hand against oil inlet tube, if the suction of the oil inlet is strong, then the pump shows no problem. Otherwise there maybe something wrong with pump, and you should arrange a detail maintenance for the pump; Another way is that you can tell from the noise of the motor when hydraulic press machine is working. If the noise of the old motor is loud, then you can decide to change a new motor for your machine;

(3) Oil leakage. You can first of all check if there are obvious signs of oil leakage somewhere of the machine.If not, maybe the oil seal of  Piston is damaged. 

(4) Hydraulic valve's broken. Valve is blocked, or the internal springs are stuck and can not be reset. It is just fine if you can take down the manually operated directional valve and have it washed, not get somebody professional for it; 

(5) Hydraulic pressure gauge is broken. Oh, interesting, you can easily tell for this.
