Plywood Puzzle Die Cutting Test with Hydraulic Die Cutting Machine

Materials are 3mm basswood and 5mm birchwood, sizes 400*400mm, 500*500mm, up to 600*600mm.

The hydraulic die cutting machine with 150 ton pressure can perfectly handle this die-cut work,  with unbroken tidy cutting edge.

This kind of hydraulic die cutting machine is mostly suggested for cutting 4~6mm plywood puzzles, especially for basswood puzzles.

PS: The hydraulic press in the video is just for testing the die-cut performance. It is a little different to the hydraulic die cutting machine for mass production of plywood puzzles. The hydraulic press machine for mass production has specific design, which leads to higher production efficiency and simplified operation.
